Manual pusher PCB cutter adopts the method of upper round knife and lower flat knife. As for the plate, once the switch is stepped on, the upper round knife moves across to the fixed point set. The PCB plate is cut and divided, and the cut is not stripped, the cut is smooth and without burrs.

2.stress
The stress of the cutter-type pneumatic is very small and that of the cutter-type manual pusher is very large.

3.Safety
The safety of the PCB cutter is better than that of the cutter. Whether it is for the right board or for the operator, for the PCB board, there is no V slot aligned, and the PCB board can not be put in, and can not cut bad board. If using the cutter-type splitting board, the positioning is easy to shake carelessly, and the board is easy to cut.
